villa Ushkovo, SPb

Architectural Concept, Interior

Project Description

This contemporary two-storey villa was designed to fulfil the client's desire for a spacious and visually unobstructed living environment, emphasising openness, simplicity and comfort. The interior is defined by clean lines, minimalist furnishings and an effortless flow between spaces, combining functional design with contemporary aesthetics.

PAt the heart of the home is an expansive open plan living area that elegantly integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen. Soft neutral tones, warm natural woods and sophisticated lighting create a luxurious yet comfortable environment. The centrally located, suspended fireplace provides a stylish focal point without detracting from the overall sense of openness.

The villa includes a large private master suite comprising a spacious bedroom, private study, walk-in wardrobe and luxurious bathroom, all designed with simplicity and elegance in mind. Indirect lighting accentuates the unique architectural features, creating a serene and restful atmosphere throughout the suite.

Additional features such as the indoor swimming pool and relaxing hammam enhance the sense of personal retreat and relaxation. These areas use subtle textures and refined finishes, accentuated by strategic lighting to create a spa-like atmosphere. Practical spaces, such as the garage and staircase, are equally sleek and minimalist, blending effortlessly into the home's cohesive design language.

This project achieves a harmonious balance between luxury and minimalism, resulting in a sophisticated yet welcoming villa that perfectly embodies the modern lifestyle aspirations of its owners.
