Concept & Design Thinking

The project involved the creation of a series of stylish, photogenic apartments in Prague, designed to seamlessly integrate modern comfort with functional efficiency. Each room was required to include not only sleeping and recreational space, but also a kitchenette and dining area, without sacrificing aesthetics or comfort.

The interior design utilises a minimalist, Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic combined with bold yet soothing colour accents, natural textures and strategic lighting. By balancing neutral tones with occasional vibrant elements — such as coral walls and patterned textiles — the apartments achieve visual warmth and contemporary charm. Careful space planning ensures that every inch is optimised, creating compact kitchenettes that fit neatly into the living area, and thoughtfully designed bathrooms that offer comfort without compromising on style.

The end result is a welcoming aparthotel that maximises practicality, offers flexibility to guests and maintains an attractive appearance, ideal for photography and attracting online bookings.
