Kaizlovy Residence has been thoughtfully designed as a contemporary aparthotel specifically for long-term stays. Each apartment is compact yet efficiently planned, ensuring that guests have access to all necessary amenities, including fully equipped kitchenettes, comfortable sleeping areas, spacious living rooms and stylish bathrooms.

The interior concept combines a sophisticated palette of muted greys and whites, accented with vibrant pops of mustard yellow and deep berry hues. These colour accents, along with select decorative pieces, soft furnishings and elegant lighting, create a welcoming, photogenic atmosphere. Unique architectural features, such as exposed beams in attic apartments and intricate plasterwork in rooms with higher ceilings, have been retained or enhanced, adding character and depth to the rooms. The furnishings have been carefully selected to combine practicality and warmth, encouraging guests to feel at home while enjoying an elegant, urban environment.

The design prioritises natural light and spaciousness, making the apartments appealing and comfortable, enhancing the guest experience for extended stays in Prague.
